ergh

I feel and look like shit today. My cold has not subsided after 4 days. My body's resistance has gone down, hence the virus that forever lives in my right eye is active again. Plus I have this former-zit-now-noticeable-wound at the edge of my right nostril. To sum it up, I have: a stuffy nose, a red right eye, and a wounded (edge of my) right nostril.

So--turns head and shows left side--this is my good side now.

Onto less graphic matters...

ESPN's showing women's volleyball again! I just watched Japan cream the U.S. this morning. Tonight it's going to be Russia(!) vs. Japan. I can't wait for the Grand Prix.

Again...I met Clarissa! 'Twas a short meeting, but it was nice. I hope to see her around campus.

Eddie is still missing from FF.

Some homophobic prick on FF sent me a gay-bashing private message. Did I feel bad? Yes, because of his ignorance and his "homosexuality is morally wrong" speech. So, hating someone is morally upright, then? Mm-hmm. Thank God he/she was banned.

I am loving my philo class so far. We're going to discuss Focault in future classes! I've always been intrigued by him, but I couldn't find time to read about him.

Jesus.

My house is invaded by vermin. In the past we had the occassional mouse (bubwit), but that was because someone left the door open. This time, them vermin are GNAWING at the window screens and have so far gnawed three holes. And it gets worse. I've spotted baby mice! Bring out the fly paper!

Oh boy, this looks like a tough sem (with calculus and accounting), but I'll get through it. My heart is still bleeding from buying my P1090.00 accounting book. sob.

My computer is still busted so it still isn't regular blogging season. Too bad. I've thought about lots of things to blog about, but the fancy has gone when I get in front of the computer (at this here cyber cafe).
